Thank you for shopping with Steplisse. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. The following rates and delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched:
- United States Standard Shipping : 6 to 10 business days $4.99 | Free on orders $38.00 and above
- United Kingdom Standard Shipping : 6 to 10 business days £3.99 | Free on orders £28.00 and above
- European Union Standard Shipping : 6 to 10 business days €4.99 | Free on orders €32.00 and above
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
3. Handling Time vs Transit Time
- Handling time: 0 to 1 business days ; this is the time between your order being placed and your order leaving our fulfillment center.
- Transit time: the delivery estimates listed above ; this begins once your order has been handed to the carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package in real time.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If it is still not there, contact us at contact@steplisse.com.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@steplisse.com. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.
6. Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means customs duties and import taxes are handled on our end, there are no unexpected fees for you at delivery.
7. Lost, Delayed or Incomplete Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@steplisse.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of what is missing. We will send the missing items or issue a resolution promptly.
