We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • The return request must be made within the 30-day window

If the product has been tried and it’s not right for you, that’s completely okay . contact us and we will do our best to help.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@steplisse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@steplisse.com.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as final sale

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
